Position Type: Registered Nurse/Substitute Nurse Date Posted: 1/30/2026 Location: Glenbrook District 225 Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Substitute Registered School Nurse. The primary purpose of the Substitute Nurse is to provide direct professional nursing services, first aid, and emergency care to students and staff in accordance with professional standards, district policies and procedures, and state and local mandates. This position is not eligible for benefits. Minimum Requirements: Required current Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure Required current certification in BLS (CPR and AED). One to two years hospital and/or school-based work experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation: The hourly rate for a Substitute Nurse is $35.20.
