Deliver various items to customers' homes or businesses. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver customers' orders safely, quickly, and cheerfully Help keep the parking lot clean and free from litter Accept payments and keep proper change account documentation Maintain delivery vehicle in safe, fueled, and clean condition Keep vehicle maintenance records Provide good customer and associate relations Able to communicate with customers and associates Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in the area of maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Must be 18 years of age or older Willing to work weekends and holidays Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly Able to calmly, courteously and tactfully handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers Able to read maps, signs, delivery orders, and product labels Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record Knowledge of the required delivery area and town Desired Past work record reflects dependability and integrity
