Senior Design Engineer / Expert

Project Highlights:This is a 70% infrastructure and 30% cloud focused ProjectInfrastructure IBM’s AIX and RedHat Linux Microsoft products Middleware WebSphere MQ Connect Direct Cloud AWS (in their environment they are 70% AWS) Azure (in their environment they are 30% Azure) RequirementsKey Requirements 10+ years’ professional experience in the area of Information Systems 8+ years’ experience in at least 2 of the following IT areas: networking, systems engineering, security, computer operations, disaster recovery, database design, and implementation 8+ years’ experience as an infrastructure engineer collaborating with technical subject matter experts Expert knowledge of IT engineering design practices and industry-standard trends Strong to expert-level skills in infrastructure platforms working on large complex IT projects Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) familiarized with Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform, or Puppet Enterprise Ability to build and maintain high-performance platforms, frameworks, libraries, and services through collaboration of DevOps platforms Knowledge of a scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, Ruby Knowledge of networking, storage, & security concepts Knowledge of network protocols and authentication methodologies Knowledge of application load balancers and proxy functionality Basic network protocols, routing, and subnet knowledge Ability to troubleshoot large complex infrastructure environments Design, implementation, maintenance, and contingency strategy experience in a high-volume, mission-critical, time-sensitive environment BenefitsNote: If interested please send your updated resume and include your rate requirement along with your contact details with a suitable time when we can reach you.
