This role oversees consolidation, reporting, analytics, and financial decision support, ensuring the FP&A function becomes more efficient, scalable, and insight driven. The Director also partners closely with business leaders to build trust through accurate reporting, transparent communication, and consistent delivery.Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives Flexible options to support a balanced life Compensation range of $160,000-$190,000 based on experience ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoConsolidation, Reporting & Analytics Leadership Own the monthly and quarterly consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Controllership. Lead the modernization of reporting, including standardization, automation, and dashboard development. Partner with the Finance Business Partners and other Finance stakeholders to enhance data structures, reporting tools, and visualization capabilities. Ensure reporting is insight-driven, timely, and scalable. Process Improvement & Automation Lead end-to-end redesign of FP&A processes (forecasting, reporting, planning). Identify manual, inefficient workflows and implement automation solutions to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy. Drive adoption of new tools, templates, and reporting standards across FP&A and the business. Partner with IT, Data, and Analytical teams to implement system enhancements. Systems & Data Modernization Support the redesign of PBCS and related data models, hierarchies, and integrations. Improve data quality, structure, and accessibility to enable faster, more reliable reporting. Ensure systems support service line reporting, headcount integration, and future-state analytics. Serve as a key stakeholder in long-term FP&A technology decisions. Financial Decision Support Lead business case development for technology, operational initiatives, and strategic investments. Support M&A modeling, valuation, and integration analysis. Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support executive decision-making. QualificationsWhat You BringRequired Skills & Experience 7 -10 years of progressive FP&A experience with strong exposure to reporting, consolidation, and analytics. Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing FP&A teams. Demonstrated experience leading automation and process redesign across forecasting, reporting, or planning. Hands-on expertise with financial systems (PBCS, Hyperion, or similar) including data models, hierarchies, and integrations Proven ability to modernize reporting through standardization, dashboarding, and automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case development Experience partnering with IT, Data, or Analytics teams to implement system enhancements or data structure improvements Strong communication and business partnership skills, with the ability to translate data into insights that resonate with operators and executives Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a transforming, high-growth, or multi-site environment Background in reporting modernization, including dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc) Experience with M&A modeling, valuation, or integration analysis Familiarity with service-line reporting, labor-driven business, or healthcare services MBA, CPA, or CFA (helpful but not required) Job Profile SummaryThis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of FP&A at scale while making a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization.
