We offer a comprehensive transition to practice program, which includes hands-on clinical training as well as a one-year critical care didactic curriculum to foster professional growth and confidence in the ICU setting.ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on ICU patients overnight.Respond to codes/emergenciesPerform emergent procedures (central line & intubations). A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $1,000-$1,150.00 a day.
