Job Description: Pay Range: $640.40hr - $45.40hr The Clinical Research Coordinator - Registered Nurse II is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of clinical research activities. This role works closely with study physicians, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to support industry-sponsored, government-funded, and investigator-initiated clinical research studies. The position involves managing complex drug, device, and biologic clinical trials across Phase I through Phase IV while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices, human subject protection standards, and FDA regulatory guidelines. The coordinator supports the overall growth and vision of the research institute by delivering high-quality study management and coordination. Responsibilities: Manage clinical research studies from protocol review through study close-out. Prepare and administer informed consent and support subject recruitment activities. Collect accurate study data, complete case report forms, and maintain regulatory binders. ssess subjects for eligibility based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Develop study flow sheets and prepare study source documentation. Collect and process laboratory samples in accordance with IATA standards. Ensure all protocol-required assessments and treatments are completed and documented. Enter, review, and maintain clean data in study databases while addressing queries in a timely manner. Report adverse events and ensure proper follow-up and documentation. Host study team meetings and attend site initiation visits. ssist with study budget preparation, cost analysis, and tracking of study funds. Support training and mentoring of other clinical research coordinators. Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, FDA regulations, and protection of human subjects. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Windows-based systems. Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of two years of experience performing clinical research coordination duties or equivalent training and experience. Demonstrated ability to perform assigned clinical research responsibilities successfully. Qualification And Education: High school diploma is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher is preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing in the State of California is required. Basic Life Support certification is required. CRP, SoCRA, nursing specialty, and IATA certifications are preferred.
