Job Summary: Our client is looking for Program Support Analyst who will help manager and track agile metrics for program deliverables using Jira/Confluence. Ability to analyze data / metrics and indicators to support program decision-making and improvement, coordinate and track program training, ensure all required training is completed on time and aid in developing and refining training. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Jira/Confluence, experience in metrics development, data analysis, reporting, visualization as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The customer is migrating from a project management tool called VersionOne to Jira/Confluence. This position requires experience with these tools and experience building dashboards and visualizations. Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science) 2+ years using agile project management tools: Jira/Confluence 2+ years data analytics, metrics and developing KPIs, analyzing data and trend analysis. GitLab is a plus Maintain process flows in Jira/Confluence. Ensure program / project team understands how to use Jira/Confluence Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel, PowerBI) is a plus. Knowledge of program management principles and practices Track training effectiveness by maintaining attendance logs and post-training surveys; report completion rates and skill gaps to management. Familiarity with Agile metrics Secret Clearance Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain metrics and indicators to support program goals and objectives Collect and analyze data to support metrics and indicators Produce regular reports and analyses to support program decision-making, based on LM RMS Command Media and the Customer approved metrics plan Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions Manage and maintain the metrics reporting tools Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure metrics and indicators are aligned with program goals and objectives Develop and maintain documentation of metrics and indicators, including definitions, calculations, and reporting frequencies Maintain process flows in Jira/Confluence Train other managers on how to use Jira/Confluence Develop materials to help train Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a related field (e.g. engineering, software development) Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Experience with metrics and indicators in a program management context Certification in a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional)
