Project Foreman

Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Project Foreman in Dickinson, ND to lead electrical installation crews and coordinate field activities for commercial and industrial projects. Impact • Drive project success through effective crew leadership and coordination • Ensure quality electrical installations through skilled supervision • Maintain project schedules by managing daily work assignments • Support safety compliance through protocol enforcement and training Responsibilities • Lead electrical installation crews on commercial and industrial projects • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels • Review electrical plans and specifications with crews • Conduct quality inspections and ensure NEC compliance • Manage material deliveries and coordinate with suppliers • Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings • Communicate with project managers on progress and challenges • Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices Requirements Must-Haves • 5+ years of commercial electrical installation experience • Journeyman or Master Electrician license • Proven crew supervision and leadership skills • Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Nice-to-Haves • OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification • Experience with industrial electrical systems • Knowledge of motor controls and automation • Bilingual communication skills Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and company vehicle.
