Medical Receptionist

Job DescriptionDo you have previous experience working in a medical office? Qualified Staffing is looking for a dependable and professional Medical Receptionist for our client in Warner Robins, Ga. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct patients appropriately Collect payments, and address balances discreetly Input patient information into the EClinical system Coordinate patient intake, maintain charts/registry updates, and support admin tasks Maintain an organized front desk and waiting area Requirements: Previous medical office experience required Experience working in EClinical (eClinicalWorks) Experience verifying patient insurance Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with computers and accurate data entry High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential patient information Professional, dependable, and organized Why work for Qualified Staffing?
