Join Our Team as a Customer Service Loader Associate! As a Customer Service Loader Associate, you will be an essential part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will: Warmly engage with customers, assisting them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Efficiently retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise to ensure a well-stocked store. Support customers and team members in safely moving merchandise. Carefully load purchased items into customer vehicles, maintaining product availability on shelves. Prioritize safety while lifting and handling products throughout your shift. What We Are Looking For: This part-time role typically requires around 25 hours of work each week, with the possibility of increased hours based on store needs. We seek candidates who have: Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week. The physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform tasks throughout your shifts. The ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds unassisted, with the capability to lift heavier items. To Excel in This Role, You Will Need: Minimum Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience using computers to input, access, and modify information. A minimum of 6 months of experience with retail technology including smartphones and tablets. A willingness to obtain any necessary sales-related licenses or registrations. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of experience in a retail setting. 6 months of experience as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware retail environment. Familiarity with various departments at Lowe's. Experience in retail merchandising, including stocking, pricing, and maintaining displays. 6 months of experience handling and loading products or materials in and out of vehicles.
