Title: QA Location: Cleveland Ohio onsite 3 days a week Contract-6-12 months Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with a QA position. The QA Engineer will support the agile project and work closely with stakeholders creating test cases and lead production. Formal Education & Certification -Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience. Must Haves -5+ years IT experience. -4+ years work experience in the area of software testing/quality assurance. -3+ years experience in manual test execution -3+ years experience in automated test creation and execution. -3+ years experience working with test management tools. -Proficient in testing software manually; including but not limited to experience-based, context, exploratory, and scenario testing. -Experience applying testing skills: Test plan and test case formulation, report creation, defect tracking, and creation of acceptance criteria. -Demonstrated knowledge and experience using various testing methodologies. -Exposure to Agile software delivery; acceptance test driven development and/or test driven development preferred. -Experience testing web applications in desktop and mobile browsers/devices preferred. -Experience with Agile development and release practices preferred. -Exposure to version control preferred. -Exposure to SQL preferred Required Skills : - 50/50 Automation/Manuel - Automation - Selenium, Java Background Check :Yes Drug Screen :Yes Notes : Selling points for candidate : Project Verification Info :MSA: Restricted Client Letter: Will Provide" Candidate must be your W2 Employee :Yes Exclusive to Apex :No Face to face interview required :No Candidate must be local :Yes Candidate must be authorized to work without sponsorship :Yes Interview times set : :No Type of project : Master Job Title : Branch Code :
