CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate to help us shape the future of snacking! Key Details of the Position: Schedule: Monday - Saturday (5 days a week), starting between 4 and 5 AM, with shifts lasting approximately 8 hours, totaling 35-40 hours per week. Principal location: 1424 43rd St N, Fargo ND, 58102 You will be driving within interstate areas: WI, IA, MT, and MN Role breakdown: 70% warehouse duties, 30% driving (subject to change based on team needs). Your Role: As a CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate, you will be essential in ensuring our products reach customers safely and efficiently. You'll also assist in preparing and stocking trucks with our beloved products, providing a well-rounded experience both on the road and in the warehouse. Responsibilities: Conduct regular safety checks and comply with all safety procedures. Complete daily service activities, including managing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records. Perform tasks assigned by the Foreman and Supervisor. Collaborate with retail customers and warehouse personnel during deliveries. Engage in warehouse activities such as unloading trucks, counting stock, and maintaining organizational standards. Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks in a timely manner. Maintain a precise running inventory and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols. Requirements: CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience. A valid REAL ID driver's license or federal ID is required for access to military base facilities. Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment (lifting, bending, carrying, etc.). Willingness to perform both driving and warehouse roles as needed. Ability to pass all relevant licensing requirements for operating equipment. Adaptable to diverse responsibilities and other assigned tasks. Preferred experience in direct store delivery (DSD) and familiarity with forklifts/pallet jacks. Must pass a drug test, MVR, and background check. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $27.45 per hour for warehouse duties and $31.35 per hour for driving. Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus.
