Flynn Arby's is seeking a passionate Restaurant Shift Supervisor who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Train and mentor team members to ensure the highest level of service and support. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain exceptional quality standards. Implement sales strategies and actively contribute to achieving financial goals. Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and enhance operational efficiency. Work collaboratively with fellow Shift Supervisors and the management team to refine processes continuously. Qualifications: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to lead teams while providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
