This role bridges clinical and administrative responsibilities — combining patient hospitality, diagnostic coordination, case preparation, financial presentation, and follow-up communication.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Patient Experience Leadership· Welcome and guide new patients through their initial visit· Provide practice tours and introduce our airway-centered philosophy· Ensure a warm, organized, and efficient patient flowDiagnostic & Clinical Support· Capture orthodontic photographs· Take CBCT radiographs· Extract, organize, and prepare patient imaging from CBCT scan for doctor presentation (utilizing Dolphin Imaging and Treatment Studio software) · Perform 3D intraoral scans using 3Shape Trios scanner· Scribe during doctor exams and consultationsCase Coordination & Financial Presentation· Present customized treatment plans and financial options· Clearly explain treatment timelines and next steps· Answer patient questions with confidence and empathy· Support case acceptance through education and relationship-buildingFollow-Up & Communication· Conduct timely follow-up calls and communication with patients· Track pending treatment decisions· Maintain accurate documentation and case notesQualifications· Experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred· Familiarity with CBCT imaging· Experience with Dolphin Imaging and/or Treatment Studio strongly preferred· Strong communication and presentation skills· Comfortable discussing financial options and payment arrangements· Highly organized with strong attention to detail· Warm, professional, and patient-centered demeanorIdeal Candidate Traits· Confident and polished communicator· Passionate about airway-focused orthodontic care· Detail-oriented and tech-savvy· Self-motivated with strong follow-through· Natural relationship builderWhy Join Our Practice?· Be part of a forward-thinking, airway-centered orthodontic team· Work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment· Make a meaningful impact on patients’ long-term health· Opportunities for professional growth and developmentIf you are passionate about patient experience, comprehensive orthodontic care, and helping patients confidently begin treatment, we would love to meet you.Apply today and help us transform smiles and airway health.
