Icertis CLM Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an Icertis CLM Specialist for a Contract role in Montvale, NJ (Remote) role supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise with Icertis ICI, supporting configuration, administration, and enhancements across enterprise CLM environments. Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Icertis CLM Specialist job responsibilities include: Supporting the endtoend administration, configuration, and enhancement of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for enterprise CLM operations Designing and maintaining contract templates, workflows, rules, obligations, and metadata for contract lifecycle processes Ensuring ICI platform alignment with business requirements, compliance needs, and organizational governance standards Collaborating with business SMEs, legal teams, procurement, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support CLM improvements Troubleshooting platform issues, supporting release cycles, and enabling smooth production operations Coordinating integrations between ICI and other enterprise applications such as SAP eSourcing or related CLM tools Desired Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in CLM platforms with strong handson experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) Icertis Certified Resource: ICI Administrator ICI Practitioner ICI Technical Professional ICI Functional Professional ICI Technical Architect ICI Functional Architect ICI AI/ML Technical Professional ICI Project Manager Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, workflow design, templates, obligation management, and metadata structures Experience with SAP eSourcing and enterprise CLM system integrations Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and problemsolving skills If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
