This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and field-based, requiring strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a multi-unit fitness organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to all company-owned locations to assess repairs, safety, and overall facility condition (interior and exterior)Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on building systems and fitness equipmentRespond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours situations as neededExecute emergency and non-emergency repairs in a timely manner.Manage and track facilities-related expenses while working within established budgetsPrepare facilities for seasonal and weather-related changes; proactively identify and address potential issuesMaintain familiarity with equipment and facility warranty specifications to ensure proper service and complianceCollaborate closely with the Facilities Director to ensure all studios are operating at an optimal level.Utilize internal platforms and systems to ensure repairs, communication, and documentation are organized, accurate, and timelyCommunicate clearly and consistently; respond to emails, calls, and messages in a timely mannerAdapt to shifting studio needs and priorities in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environmentSafely lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 100 lbsSkills & ExperienceStrong working knowledge of:Patching and paintingPlumbingMinor electrical workMechanical systemsGeneral constructionExperience maintaining and repairing fitness equipment (preferred)Confidence troubleshooting technology and equipment-related issuesStrong computer skills and comfort using digital platforms for tracking and communicationAbility to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently across multiple locationsCertificationsFreemotion Certification (company-sponsored; certification and licensing provided)AcknowledgementI understand that I am applying for a position with an employer that is an independently owned and operated Orangetheory® Fitness franchisee, not the franchisor, OTF Franchisor, LLC or any of its affiliates (OTFF).
