What You'll Do: Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided aligns with their care plans and personal wishes Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support ?
