About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a proactive approach to fuel our Managed Services growth. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients while showcasing our Managed IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Support services as strategic solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage new prospects through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns. Leverage established relationships with CXO and IT executives to create new business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing contracts. Represent Red River at industry events, partner conferences, and executive meetings. Maintain an organized pipeline of Managed Services opportunities in our CRM. Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Service Delivery teams to tailor Managed Services solutions. Clearly present complex service offerings to executive-level stakeholders. Work with the Marketing team to enhance messaging and improve go-to-market strategies. Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities. Qualifications: High energy, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuing new opportunities. 3-5 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in Managed Services. Proven success in a hunter role with a track record of exceeding sales quotas. Goal-oriented mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Skilled in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Basic Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
