Join Our Team as an Entry Level Pharmaceutical Sales Representative! As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts and cultivating relationships within your physician accounts. Your responsibilities will include promoting our products, explaining their benefits, and ensuring that physicians are informed about our offerings. By developing strategic business plans, you will contribute to our sales goals and enhance our presence in the market. Your Responsibilities: Promote and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products in your assigned territory. Enhance patient engagement by building awareness of our product portfolio among healthcare professionals. Establish lasting professional relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics. Formulate strategies and sales initiatives to effectively increase market share. Plan and organize your sales calls to maximize your time and meet performance targets. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to management. Complete all required industry sales training and maintain ongoing education on new products. Analyze product performance within accounts and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaborate with your team to create effective pull-through strategies. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines rigorously. Requirements: Proven sales skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a strong understanding of account management. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Ability to stand out in a competitive marketplace. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to achieving success.
