Job Description Job Summary As a Senior Analyst, you will design and implement innovative processes and solutions for a variety of data sets related to Medicare Stars reporting and analytics. Your expertise in statistical analysis will enable informed business decisions by extracting insights from both structured and unstructured data sources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define requirements and address key business challenges. Utilizing advanced mathematical and statistical techniques, you will develop tools, algorithms, and dashboards that monitor and improve organizational performance. Your ability to communicate complex results to diverse audiences will be key in driving data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Utilize analytics and quantitative methods to guide impactful decision making. Oversee data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting processes. Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels and with external partners. Extract and analyze large data sets from various applications and systems. Establish processes for tracking, trending, and monitoring data thoroughly. Create clear and organized reports, analyses, and summaries for managerial use. Identify opportunities and trends from report findings through thorough research and analysis. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and document new standard reports and processes. Effectively consolidate data from multiple sources, proficiently handling data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Provide support to management and team members on all data-related matters as needed. Job Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of relevant experience. Required Skills / Experience Strong knowledge of Medicare Stars and a solid background in HEDIS measures. Expert-level SQL querying skills, including complex joins and data validation. Experience performing UAT testing and validating report outputs. Advanced Excel skills, with the capability to build automated or repeatable reporting mechanisms. Preferred Skills / Experience Experience developing dashboards or reporting in Power BI. Familiarity with creating and maintaining Paginated Reports. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks. Experience with SharePoint, including site building, list management, and automation (e.g., workflows or Power Automate). PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 7-9 years of relevant experience.
