We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transportation Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage roadway and highway design projects with a strong focus on multiple FDOT Districts and Florida Turnpike Enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team to devise creative, sustainable solutions that improve transportation networks and mobility. Key Responsibilities Act as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, focusing on operational and safety improvements. Lead technical teams in resolving complex roadway design challenges with high levels of innovation. Provide expert technical guidance in developing advanced roadway design concepts, techniques, and standards. Ensure optimal utilization of engineering personnel while maintaining outstanding technical quality standards. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and strengthen client relationships, particularly within key FDOT Districts and Florida Turnpike Enterprise. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Possess a Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) License and the authority to serve as Engineer of Record (EOR). Have extensive post-graduate experience in transportation and highway engineering, including managing roadway design projects. Demonstrate proven experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), particularly in Districts 4, 5, and 6, along with Florida Turnpike Enterprise projects. Show a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and successfully delivering complex roadway projects that align with FDOT standards and expectations.
