We are on the lookout for a dynamic Deputy Program and Project Manager to bring their expertise to our Atlanta office. Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and supervise CMS (Construction Management Services) staff and CEI (Construction Engineering & Inspection) teams. Collaborate with program leadership to meticulously plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently and within budget constraints. Direct project teams by ensuring the highest standards of performance, quality, and safety. Enhance client relationships through proactive communication and innovative problem-solving. Prepare insightful reports, engaging presentations, and comprehensive project documentation. Contribute to proposal writing and business development efforts to expand project opportunities. Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for effective project management, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required). 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project, or program management. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Certifications such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable; willingness to obtain is acceptable. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead technical teams and manage staff. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
