What You'll Be Doing As a Plumbing Instructor, you'll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works - not just how it looks in a book. You will: Teach hands-on Plumbing skills using real equipment and real scenarios Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices Mentor students at different skill levels - from beginners to advanced learners Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required - we provide curriculum, training, and support. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED At least 3 years of hands-on Plumbing experience PA Journeyman or Master Plumber is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage your day Strong communication and organization skills Why This Role? No weekends.
