MAPP Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Psychology Associate to join our pediatric-focused behavioral health team. You’ll provide therapy and behavioral consultation services to children, teens, and families, while receiving high-quality clinical supervision from a licensed psychologist. Our offices are located in both Germantown and North Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities: • Provide individual, family, or group therapy for youth with anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and executive functioning challenges • Offer parent coaching and behavioral health consultations • Conduct psychological evaluations • Collaborate with pediatricians and care teams to support integrated treatment • Document sessions using our electronic health record system • Participate in regular clinical meetings and receive individual supervision Qualifications: • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program • Must meet Maryland criteria for Registered Psychology Associate status • 1+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, or families • Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, behavioral therapy, etc.) • Strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills • Availability for at least two evening shifts per week and/or Saturday mornings, preferred Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly• Provide individual, family, or group therapy for youth with anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and executive functioning challenges • Offer parent coaching and behavioral health consultations • Conduct psychological evaluations • Collaborate with pediatricians and care teams to support integrated treatment • Document sessions using our electronic health record system • Participate in regular clinical meetings and receive individual supervision Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 per year
