In this critical role, you'll harness your technical prowess and strategic mindset to develop and launch custom tools and interfaces in Airtable, directly impacting operational efficiency. Engage with cross-functional teams to identify needs, craft bespoke solutions, and manage the full lifecycle of tools development, from concept through deployment and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze tool requirements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizing effectively.Design and develop custom interfaces and solutions in Airtable tailored to internal and external partner needs.Oversee the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, including solution development, feature testing, and performance reporting.Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases, utilizing data reporting and dashboarding to assess process effectiveness.Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to ensure solutions align with user needs and operational goals. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Airtable and similar CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Retool).Strong project management capabilities.Exceptional analytical and data manipulation skills (Excel/sheets; SQL is a bonus). Domain Experience: Experience in technology or consulting environment preferred.Background in managing cross-functional projects within technology/operational spaces is highly desirable. Focus on attracting candidates who are not only deeply skilled in the technical aspects of tool development but also possess a keen sense of collaboration and project management.
