SCHEDULING COORDINATORJob DetailsLocation Ankeny, IA Pay Rate $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr (DOE) 1st Shift Mon - Fri | 8:00am - 5:00pm BenefitsOpenings 1 Job Summary: The primary role of the Scheduling Coordinator is to coordinate and manage jobs entered to Fabrication Branches. Schedule jobs, review material requirements, and communicate issues and solutions to CTI branches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review job packets for Fabrication Branches Release jobs for production Review material status for jobs Modify jobs and schedule according to material availability and priority Communicate status of jobs to appropriate sales rep Coordinate expedited shipments Review completed jobs Make changes to customer orders in the system. Make inventory adjustments in the system. Responsible for invoicing, receivables and some purchasing Answer phones. File paperwork; set up and maintain files. Position Requirements: A high school education is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required, especially experience in manufacturing with a solid understanding of job planning/ scheduling. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and have good typing/keyboarding skills. Math skills are also required.
