Network Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a Network Administrator for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. Candidate must have strong expertise in enterpriselevel network administration to be considered for the position. Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Network Administrator job responsibilities include: Provides L4 support for enterprise network operations across data center, cloud, and campus environments. Manages configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN components including Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, and SDWAN routers. Administers firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and FortiGate to maintain secure network access. Oversees F5 load balancer setups including VIPs, pools, policies, and virtual server configurations. Supports onsite network and wireless operations for headquarters and distributed locations. Handles incident, change, service request, and problem management activities to ensure network stability. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, or a related technical field. 6-8+ years of handson experience in enterprise network administration and L4 support. Candidate should have strong proficiency in Cisco enterprise networking, SDWAN, ACI, Nexus/Catalyst switches, and firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, ASA, and FortiGate. Candidate must possess solid experience in F5 load balancer administration, cloud networking (VPC/Subnet), and data center network operations.
