Senior industrial field service technician

A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. Industrial Service Technician or Industrial Maintenance experience is required! salary: $66,560 - $72,800 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Work order processing Machine inspection Telephone and field service support Warranty issue solving Report product quality and service feedback CPC (Cosen Predictive Computing) product installation and support Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, application and testing) Work may include traveling 1 to 2 times per month for install or service call Machine installations and training of operators Use manuals to support parts sales and inventory The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week Skills ERP (9 years of experience is preferred) Electronic Maintenance (9 years of experience is preferred) Mechanical Maintenance (9 years of experience is preferred) CNC Maintenance (9 years of experience is preferred) Industrial Bandsaw Machining Machine Install Experience (9 years of experience is preferred) Machine Inspection (9 years of experience is preferred) Travel/Journeyman (2 years of experience is preferred) Millwright Maintenance Mechanic (9 years of experience is preferred) Hydraulic Experience (9 years of experience is preferred) Pneumatic Experience (9 years of experience is preferred) Qualifications Years of experience: 10 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
