Description: The PBX operator is responsible in handling our telephone switching system. The job entails basic customer service. The operator must answer and direct incoming calls, route these incoming calls to the correct individual or department within Larkin, or send to a message system, such as voicemail, if required. Qualifications: High School graduate/ GED. Strong customer service skills. Experience working with telephone switchboard preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Work Schedule: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
