Job Title: TIG Welder – Production Line (Mesa, AZ)Pay: $25–$31/hrSchedule: Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM + mandatory Friday OTAbout the RoleWe’re hiring experienced TIG Welders to support a fast‑paced, production‑line environment. You’ll weld black carbon steel and stainless‑steel pipes, elbows, and flanges while maintaining high quality and meeting takt and cycle‑time goals.Key Responsibilities TIG weld black carbon steel and stainless‑steel pipe (up to 8"). Perform root, fill, and cap welds with consistency. Prep materials: grinding, beveling, cleaning, and fit‑up. Maintain quality on a moving production line. Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures. What You Need Proven TIG experience with carbon steel, stainless, and dissimilar metals. Strong pipe‑prep and fit‑up skills. Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality. Experience in production or line‑driven environments. Ability to lift 35 lbs; strong coordination and dexterity.
