Job Title: Quality Inspector Job DescriptionThe Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This position involves general floor inspection, reading blueprints, and using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform both visual and manual inspections.Responsibilities Conduct general floor inspections to ensure product quality. Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications. Utilize precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and micro gauges. Perform first and last piece inspections to verify product conformity. Execute visual and manual inspections to detect any defects or inconsistencies. Essential Skills Proficiency in quality inspection techniques. Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and gauges effectively. Strong skills in visual and manual inspection. Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in plastic injection molding is a plus.
