Adecco is assisting a client in Parsippany, NJ in their search for a Product Flow Specialist. This role supports the regional downstream documentation process for assigned brands, ensuring accuracy, adherence to timelines, and alignment with priorities to deliver the right product on time. The Product Flow Specialist manages documentation activities end to end, proactively tracks projects, flags risks, and partners closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Parsippany, NJ and 2 days work from home Key Responsibilities Partner with Marketing teams to collect information on portfolios, upcoming activities, and project timelines. Create and maintain product codes (including SKU lists), ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Lead Unicode creation in coordination with Marketing, validating all required parameters. Set up product codes and project configurations according to defined calendars and priority clusters. Link product codes to artwork and manage related approvals, working with Marketing, documentation, and technical teams. Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying and escalating risks or delays. Review systems to identify inactive or unplanned codes and coordinate cleanup or planning updates. Gather and organize inputs impacting artwork creation (e.g., restyling, technical or text changes), coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed. Support artwork creation, briefs, and approval workflows, responding to questions from internal teams and external partners. Coordinate with reproduction planning teams to support execution of priority and critical items through final delivery. Qualifications Understanding of marketing concepts and brand-driven environments. Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) for data entry and reporting. Experience with product flow, documentation, or cross-functional operational processes. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
