Responsibilities Repair & Installation: Be an expert in repairing, replacing, and installing garage doors and accessories, ensuring every job is done safely and correctly. Customer Education & Sales: Guide customers through their service options with our proven sales model and manage inventory directly from your vehicle. Quality & Safety: Pride yourself in quality workmanship, wowing customers while adhering to the highest safety standards. Job Prerequisites 1-3 years of experience in garage door repair, customer service or sales, preferred. Mechanical aptitude, detail-oriented, technically inclined. Valid driver's license, clear motor vehicle report, and background a must! Able to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions. Lift up to 50 lbs. independently. Bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time. Able to work in the heat and cold inside and outside garages. Tech savvy - ability to navigate a computer or iPad with ease. Team player - enjoys helping others. Reliable, prompt, accountable. Effective communicator. Entrepreneurial mindset. Previous garage doors experience a plus.
