Required Skills: Certification as a CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) CPR/BLS Certification Neonatal ICU (NICU) experience preferred EPIC electronic medical record system experience Minimum of 2 years related clinical experience Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holidays Strong patient assessment and diagnostic skills Nice to Have Skills: ACLS and PALS certifications NRP certification RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) licensure Additional experience in neuro diagnostics or related fields Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field Previous experience in NICU settings Proven track record of working with EPIC systems and neuro diagnostics Other Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for Louisiana state licensure Willingness to work night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 06:30) Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as scheduled Must adhere to all hospital policies and safety standards This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
