Private Driver (with Light Operations Support) - Miami ...

A professional couple based in Miami Beach is seeking a polished, discreet, and dependable Private Driver to support their daily transportation needs. This long-term role also includes light operational and coordination support for the household and family projects. This position is ideal for an experienced chauffeur who enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable assisting with occasional coordination tasks beyond driving. Schedule & Flexibility Standard hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday (Flexibility required for: Dinners or evening engagements, Airport transfers, Occasional weekends) Primary Responsibilities Driving & Transportation Safely transport both principals and their 12-year-old son Daily commuting to and from the office School drop-offs and pickups (not daily) Airport transfers (including early mornings and occasional weekends) Transport to meetings, events, and appointments throughout Florida Occasional longer same-day drives Vehicle Management Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the family vehicle (Escalade or similar) Ensure vehicle is fueled and in excellent working condition Schedule and manage servicing and routine maintenance Operations & Coordination Support (Occasional, as needed) Supervise vendor visits and home service appointments Oversee repairs and coordinate with service providers Assist with vetting vendors Provide general on-the-go support for principals Work in tandem with the Chief of Staff on projects Assist with coordination related to an upcoming residential move Scope may expand over time based on candidate interest and performance Requirements Professional executive chauffeur or private driver experience preferred Background supporting high-profile or executive households strongly preferred Highly discreet and polished Excellent communication skills Comfortable with a fluid, fast-paced schedule Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Business professional appearance required while on duty Spanish a plus (not required) Salary: Starting at $100,000, commensurate with experience Benefits Package Includes: Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Health stipend
