The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents or patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician instructions Monitor patient health, administer medications, and provide treatments Document patient observations, assessments, and care provided in electronic health records (EHR) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and other nurses Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Respond promptly to emergency situations Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Maryland. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
