Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable process and maintaining accurate financial records through effective bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Verify invoice accuracy, match with purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor records and manage communications regarding payment status Prepare AP batches through Point Click Care Accounting system Reconcile AP transactions and assist with month-end closing Bookkeeping Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts and accounts receivable from the facilities Support preparation of financial reports and assist with audits Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems Familiarity with tax filings and compliance Strong Microsoft Office skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities What We Offer PTO Health and Medical Benefits
