Together, we ensure our company's success and contribute to a better world.POSITION DETAILS:Role:ΓùÅ Full-time Industrial Maintenance MechanicLocation: Dubuque, IA Pay: $35.61+ , depending on experience Schedule:Monday—Friday shift options: 6:30 AM — 3:00 PM 2:00 PM — 10:30 PM 10:00 PM — 7:00 AM On-call weekends:Scheduled a year in advance with two mechanics on call. This begins Friday at 10PM and concludes Sunday at 10PM. You'll receive 4 hours of pay just for carrying the phone, even if you're not called in. If you are called in, you are guaranteed 4 hours of pay or time and half on Saturday, and double time on Sunday, whichever is greater.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you ensure all plant machinery and systems function smoothly. You troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation components to support operations. This includes installing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, performing start-ups for new equipment, and updating electrical schematics. Your role involves preventive and predictive maintenance, documenting activities, and adhering to strict GMP and food safety protocols.WE THINK YOU'LL EXCEL IF YOU HAVE: High school diploma or equivalency 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with electrical and mechanical Experience with industrial automation and controls, preferably Rockwell/Allen- Bradley systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Physically able to lift up to 50 and perform tasks like standing, walking, climbing, and crawling Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around hazardous materials Skilled in reading schematics and using tools and equipment Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in the electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance field Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead small projects or teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with effective time-management skills HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER OUR INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC ROLE: Excellent benefits through the CBA Medical Dental Vision Tuition reimbursement Scholarship programs for children Generous 401K and profit sharing plans Paid holidays Vacation and sick pay Lucrative skill and incentive plans available Sounds like the perfect opportunity for you?
