Human Resources Manager Location: Utica, NY - Onsite - Small Manufacturing Environment Pay: Competitive and Based on Experience Position Summary PrideStaff is conducting a search for our light manufacturing client who is seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for our local business unit in partnership with corporate leadership. This role serves as the subject matter expert for all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, training & development, payroll support, and safety. The ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment while driving a positive culture aligned with company core values. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding HR Operations & HRIS Management Payroll & Benefits Administration Employee Relations & Performance Management Compliance & Safety (Risk Management) Strategic HR Leadership Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field 5-7 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience Experience directly supporting leadership preferred Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
