Position - Rotary Die Maker Job Location - Neenah, WI Starting Date - ASAP Employment Term - Temp to Hire Employment Type - Full time Work Hours (Shift) - 1st shift Starting Pay - $18 Required Experience - Prior machine operator experience is needed As a Steel Rule Rotary Die Maker, you will play a vital role in the creation of rotary dies used in the production of packaging for a wide range of industries. Your keen eye for detail and mastery of die-making techniques will directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Accurately measure and rule cutting dies using precision tools. Interpret CAD drawings and customer specifications to ensure proper die setup Apply cutting and scoring rules to dies using hand and power tools Inspect completed dies for accuracy and quality using templates, gauges, and measuring instruments Maintain detailed records of die setups, modifications, and tooling changes. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training in related field preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
