SharePoint & Web Solutions Specialist (Skill Level 3)

Join our team as a SharePoint & Web Solutions Specialist at CASE Management Consulting! This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)Your Impactful Duties: Update and maintain the SI website with accurate, timely, and relevant content in accordance with NGA and SI standards Translate concepts into professional, web-based products using strong graphic design principles and best practices Design and format reports, documents, and publications for seamless integration and retrieval on the SI website Improve website navigation, layout, formatting, and overall user experience to ensure a modern, organized, and user-friendly appearance Develop automated web-based tools, databases, and applications within NGA system capabilities Manage website content lifecycle, including identifying and removing outdated information, maintaining consistency across pages, and incorporating value-added news/features Coordinate with SI and NGA offices to obtain, post, and maintain supplemental information and links Maintain website records (e.g., authorship, revisions, history) and develop a structured maintenance plan Support special initiatives, including surveys, reporting tools, SharePoint design, and content organization requiring technical fluency Convert existing intranet/internet applications into Microsoft SharePoint while preserving functionality for users and management reporting Manage multiple project tasks, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Requirements:8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 6 years of specialized experience in a related field Relevant education may substitute for up to 4 years of the required experience at a rate of 2:1 (2 years of education = 1 year of experience) Demonstrated experience updating and maintaining websites with relevant, accurate, and timely information within IC, NGA, DoD, or Federal Government environments Experience working on Windows-based platforms, incorporating content and graphics into SharePoint sites, and designing graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design suites Demonstrated experience serving as a Graphic Designer/Visualization Specialist supporting IC, NGA, DoD, or Federal Government missions Experience with conceptual design and visual storytelling in support of mission objectives Demonstrated ability to work effectively with personnel at all organizational levels, including executive leadership, in high-visibility environments Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet rigid deadlines Experience supporting executive-level clients within IC, NGA, DoD, or Federal Government environments Ability to independently perform the full range of assigned duties with minimal day-to-day instruction Full understanding of applicable technical requirements and responsibilities associated with the role CASE Management Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
