Role: Business Systems Analyst - Data Analytics Location: Columbus , OH Type: Contract Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in data analytics and enterprise data architecture. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with lululemon Technologies' data ecosystem and strategic frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable data solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards • Guide developers on interpreting and utilizing data to meet both functional and non-functional business needs • Develop solution designs with sufficient detail for implementation across Global Fulfillment teams • Act as a business analyst for technical teams, driving detailed requirements and supporting solution delivery • Participate in daily scrum meetings, resolve roadblocks, and maintain accountability for assigned solutions • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics • Lead and support Global Fulfillment and supply chain / logistics initiatives including strategy, governance, and rollout • Promote best practices in data governance, integration, business intelligence, and analytics across business and technology teams Qualifications • 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data engineering or equivalent • Proven track record in architecting and designing software solutions, preferably in the data domain • Expertise in building large-scale, secure, and highly available structured systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Proficiency in Azure and/or AWS technologies • Familiarity with DevOps practices • Experience implementing MDM strategies and data governance frameworks
