Salary: Depends on Qualifications Location : Graham, NC Job Type: Part-Time Job Number: 2026-00008 Division: Institutional Advancement Department: Institutional Advancement Opening Date: 02/17/2026 Closing Date: 3/6/2026 11:59 PM Eastern DescriptionPosition Summary Provides administrative support for the office of Institutional Advancement Example of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Oversees and carries out administration of personalized student thank you notes for a limited selection of scholarships. Seeks methods to automate the majority of thank you notes from students. - Maintains scholarship award software for data accuracy, criteria, active / inactive scholarship, budgets and related matters. - Coordinates visits by scholarship recipients to civic groups as requested. - Coordinates and orders recognition items for board members and donors. - Orders, labels and prepares plants at year end to be distributed by the ACC Ambassadors for the recently bereaved. - Orders, labels and prepares Valentine treats to be distributed by the ACC Ambassadors to Titan Society members. Arranges to mail treats for non-local Titans. - Helps ensure students attend the Donor / Recipient event. - Plays an integral part in producing and mailing endowment reports. - Works with the VP of Advancement to coordinate other mailings to donors and prospects. - Files and maintains student, donor, board and other records. - Welcomes and helps all who come into the Foundation office and President's suite with a professional and friendly attitude. - Assists as needed with ACC Foundation meetings - Helps maintain controls and separation of duties for gift processing. - Provides administrative support for the Vice President of Advancement, multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. - Assists in daily activities within the Institutional Advancement (Foundation) office. - Maintains office supplies. - Performs other job-related duties as may be necessary Supervisory Responsibilities This position may have supervisory responsibilities. ___X____ (Student Worker) This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. __________ Typical QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Associates degree and 3-5 years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
