Position Summary: As a Warehouse Associate - Replenishment, you will be responsible for restocking inventory by placing products into empty storage areas and preparing items for upcoming shipments. This role focuses on replenishing larger, seasonal items such as snow boots and snowboards, which require safe and careful handling due to their weight or awkward shape. Key Responsibilities: Replenish inventory in designated areas, particularly larger or seasonal products (e.g., snow boots, snowboards) Safely lift, carry, and place heavy or awkward-shaped items Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers Requirements: Ability to read, speak, and understand English Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy or large items Dependable and punctual with a strong attention to detail Must complete and pass a background check and E-Verify prior to placement Required documentation must be completed and signed at the branch before starting Workplace Guidelines: Attendance is critical.
