Amazon Brands Manager Location: Hollywood, FL Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base salary + up to $40,000 performance bonus Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Amazon Brands Manager to own and scale a portfolio of brands on Amazon Seller Central. This is a senior, hands-on role for a candidate with deep expertise in Amazon operations, advertising, and growth strategy. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including SEO, images, A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) Drive off-Amazon traffic through influencers, affiliates, social media, Google Ads, and email marketing Monitor performance metrics and optimize ACoS, TACoS, conversion rate, and revenue growth Handle bulk uploads, listing health issues, suppressions, and Amazon policy compliance Collaborate with and lead creative, PPC, and operations teams to scale brand performance Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience managing Amazon brands using Seller Central Strong expertise in Amazon SEO and PPC advertising Proven success scaling brands in competitive Amazon categories Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Keepa, or similar platforms Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members Why Join Us Competitive base salary plus high-performance bonus potential Opportunity to manage and grow multiple established Amazon brands High-impact role with strong growth and leadership opportunities
