As a Delivery Driver at Flatlands Logistics , you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: DKS3Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be deliveredDrive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic lawsDeliver products to customers in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleReport any issues or problems to management immediately Though we aim to offer fixed work schedules, delivery drivers must have some degree of flexibility, particularly during Prime Week and during the holiday season. No CDL required.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBe at least 21 years of age.Be reliable and flexible.Keep pace in a physically demanding job - work in all weather conditions and on a variety of routes; handle 150+ packages per day while walking up stairs and getting in and out of the vehicle 100+ times per day.Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency.Lift packages up to 50 lbs.Be a self-starter who can problem solve, and make rapid and sound decisions.Operate delivery vehicles safely.Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.Be eligible to work in the United States.Give consent for a pre-employment screenings - including a 4 panel drug test.Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
