Job Summary The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing restaurant operations during different shifts. You will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest quality of our products. Your leadership will not only drive profitability but also foster a positive team environment. Duties and Responsibilities Follow established procedures for each work station, ensuring quality product preparation and accurate portioning. Be hands-on in crafting our exceptional menu items while adhering to product holding times. Focus on exceeding customer expectations by minimizing complaints and addressing needs quickly and effectively. Adhere to all policies related to safety, attendance, and the restaurant’s image. Embody our Core Values by maintaining a positive atmosphere, collaborating well with team members, and adapting readily to changes. Manage shift coverage efficiently. Provide actionable feedback and address any operational issues promptly to guarantee a high standard of product quality and service. Contribute to the restaurant's profitability by monitoring financial performance against company targets, managing cash effectively, and keeping appropriate inventory levels to reduce waste. Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred. Serv-Safe or relevant local/state food service certification is a plus. Prior experience as a restaurant shift lead is preferred. A history of stable employment is essential. Must be 18 years of age or older. Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and occasionally on short notice. Be capable of performing duties across all restaurant positions.
