We are immediately hiring an Operations Support & Field IT Technician to support field operations and technology systems across multiple manufacturing sites. About the Role This hands-on, operations-focused role supports mobile devices and critical systems in the field, helping ensure consistent quality and production performance. You will respond quickly to customer locations, assist during sort launches and inspections in active manufacturing environments. This position bridges operations, quality, and IT support, offering strong growth into advanced field and leadership roles. What You'll Do Provide rapid, on-site operational and technical support to field teams Troubleshoot mobile devices, tablets, scanners, and shop-floor systems Resolve quality issues Support and participate in sort launches and inspection activities Rotate between multiple facilities and shifts Assist with device deployment, system setup, and field technology support Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and internal teams Role Breakdown 65% - Learning and supporting operations across multiple manufacturers 25% - Field technician and IT support 10% - Corporate and administrative responsibilities What You Bring Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, or shop-floor systems Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile devices and basic IT systems Solid computer proficiency (Windows, mobile platforms, cloud tools) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel and work on-site in active production facilities Comfortable using PPE, standing for extended periods, and working in noisy environments Why This Role Stands Out Manufacturing environments depend on fast, dependable operational support.
