Concrete Carpenter Specialist

About the Role As a Concrete Carpenter Specialist, you will play a key role in constructing various concrete structures while collaborating closely with your team and following the guidance of a Foreman. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. You will be involved in erecting and setting forms for foundations, buildings, and site work as per precise specifications and drawings. Tasks may include working with tilt-wall forms, symon forms, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, parking garages, and other cast-in-place concrete structures. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels efficiently. Form footings, column pads, and other essential structural concrete elements. Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Assist with layout and construction plans as necessary. Strip forms after concrete panels are poured to ensure quality. Maintain and keep track of tools to promote efficiency on the job site. Qualifications: Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings. Strong physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks. Knowledge of tilt-up panels and the related processes is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Willingness to work weekends as needed to meet project deadlines. Ability to provide basic hand tools necessary for carpentry work. OSHA Certification or readiness to obtain certification. Working Conditions: Work outdoors in various environmental conditions. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
