Wellness Nurse FT 2P-10P

Silver Birch of Mishawaka is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our Clinical Team. In this role, you'll help support residents' health, safety, and overall well-being through medication management, assessments, and daily clinical support. The care you provide plays an important part in helping residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every day.
